Best CD Rates in Ohio

If I have a deposit relationship already, can I get a higher rate on my CD?

If you have an active personal deposit account (checking or savings) with Osgood Bank and a minimum of $10,000 to place into a Certificate of Deposit you qualify for a special rate. Osgood Bank is offering a Relationship CD in either the 6 or 18 month term which will give you a interest rate bump on the standard rate of that term. Please reach out to an Osgood Bank team member for more information.

Can I add funds to my CD at any time?

No. Once you open and fund your CD, you cannot add funds again until your CD matures. When your CD matures, you will have a 10-day grace period, starting on your maturity date, to make changes.

What happens to my CD at maturity?

You will have a 10-day grace period starting on your maturity date to change the term, make additional deposits or withdraw funds, or close your CD.

After your 10-day grace period, your CD will automatically renew into the same term at the current rate.

What is the penalty if I withdraw funds from my CD early?

We may impose a penalty if you withdraw any or all of the deposited funds before the maturity date. The penalty is typically half of the interest expected to be earned during the term of the CD, but may vary by product.

Any early withdrawal penalties associated with an Osgood Bank CD will be fully disclosed to you at account opening.
