This feature provides you with up-to-the-minute account information to your external e-mail account and will alert you to transactions that you deem unusual. Studies show that this type of monitoring of your financial accounts can help minimize ID fraud and ID theft. You can elect to be notified whenever any of the following activity occurs on selected accounts:
  • account becomes overdrawn
  • account's balance is above or below the specified amount (The balance information is based on the account's current balance)
  • when specified checks clear on the selected account
  • when a deposit or a withdrawal over a specified amount is made on the account
  • when the system sends you an important message about a transaction or service. For example, alerts may include warnings about failed transactions (e.g., "Your bill payment failed due to NSF", "Your ACH batch failed due to NSF").
  • when Osgood State Bank sends you a personal message on the Messages tab. For example, if you sent a message to Osgood State Bank inquiring about a deposit, you will receive an email alert when Osgood State Bank responds to your original message.

• Flexibility - The one-time bill payment option lets you control how much you pay, and the automatic payment option provides maximum convenience while helping ensure bills get paid. Schedule fixed bills, like your car payment, varying bills, such as your phone bill and one time payments, like a doctor’s invoice, to be paid from your account. Pay anyone, at any time, from anywhere
• Reliability – No need to worry about your payment getting delayed or lost in the mail
• And best of all, provided you pay at least one bill per month through OSB’s billpay feature, there is no cost to you.*
