Branch Manager

Full Time Branch Manager - Ft. Loramie Branch

Summary of position requirements:
 Responsible for overall management and performance of branch deposit operations and staff.
 Develop new and maintain existing customer relationships
 Ability to recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank services
 Responsibility to follow all bank policies and procedures.
 Open new deposit accounts and assist with customer transactions.
 Assist with consumer lending by taking loan applications
 Preparation of various reports reflecting branch activity.
 Coordinate and support training of branch staff
 Reliable and punctual attendance
 Professional and strong customer service skills
 Banking experience required, management and lending experience preferred
 Strong communication skills
 Participate in community activities
 Ability to work a rotating Saturday schedule.

 High school diploma or (GED); and at least five years of banking experience, and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience
 Management experience preferred
 Lending experience preferred
 Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
 Mathematical skills
 Proficient Computer usage

Physical requirements:
 Regularly stand, talk and hear.
 Regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds.
