Full Time Branch Manager - Ft. Loramie Branch
Summary of position requirements:
Responsible for overall management and performance of branch deposit operations and staff.
Develop new and maintain existing customer relationships
Ability to recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank services
Responsibility to follow all bank policies and procedures.
Open new deposit accounts and assist with customer transactions.
Assist with consumer lending by taking loan applications
Preparation of various reports reflecting branch activity.
Coordinate and support training of branch staff
Reliable and punctual attendance
Professional and strong customer service skills
Banking experience required, management and lending experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Participate in community activities
Ability to work a rotating Saturday schedule.
High school diploma or (GED); and at least five years of banking experience, and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience
Management experience preferred
Lending experience preferred
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
Proficient Computer usage
Regularly stand, talk and hear.
Regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds.
