Click "Sign Up for Online Banking" at the top of the page and our system will guide you through the enrollment process.
You will need to provide certain information depending on the type of account you are enrolling.
Upon completion, you may receive instant access to your online dashboard. However, for security purposes, additional processing time may be required. In this instance, you will receive a notification from us before you can access your account(s).
For additional security, you will receive a mailing to your primary address confirming your enrollment.
Your username and password is case sensitive. Verify that you have entered your information the same way you set it up.
For your security, online and mobile banking accounts are locked if the password is entered incorrectly three times.
If you have forgotten your username/password or your account is locked, contact one of our Electronic Banking Representatives at 419.582.2681 and we will be happy to assist you.
After logging into your Osgood Mobile app, tap the "+" icon and select the deposit option. Follow the on-screen prompts to submit your deposit.
All deposited items must be endorsed on the back with your signature. Under your signature you must write "For mobile deposit to Osgood Bank" and the check number from the front of the check.
Please note our cutoff time is 3:00 pm EST each business day. If you make a deposit after 3:00 pm, we will review and consider it a deposit for the following business day.
Once you have initiated a deposit and it passes the initial data validations, your deposit will be displayed as "pending" in the Recent tab of your app. When the deposit is approved, it will be reflected in your balance. You will receive an email notification letting you know when we have received the deposit and whether or not it has been approved or declined. Please destroy the physical check in a timely manner after you have received the approval notification.
Tips on using Mobile Deposit Capture:
Sign/endorse the back of your check as directed above.
When prompted for the amount, carefully enter the check amount to ensure it matches the amount written on your check.
Flatten folded or crumpled checks before taking your photos.
Keep the check tight within the view finder on the camera when capturing your photos.
Take the photos of your check in a well-lit area with a solid dark background.
Hold the camera as square to the check as possible to reduce corner-to-corner skew.
Make sure that the entire check image is visible, without shadows, and in focus before submitting your deposit.
The MICR line (the number on the bottom of your check) must be fully visible.
