A key highlight of 2024 was Osgood Bank’s acquisition of Accord Financial Group, a small equipment finance company based in Covington, Ohio, which has since been rebranded as Osgood Funding. The company provides small-ticket financing programs for both vendors and end-users of agricultural, construction, and material handling equipment. In addition to these strategic moves, Osgood Bank remains deeply committed to supporting its communities. In 2024, the bank’s Indian Lake branch was significantly impacted by a tornado that devastated the area. Despite the damage, the bank’s team worked quickly to reopen the branch and provided compassionate support to the local community. In the aftermath of the storm, Osgood Bank donated office space to municipal entities helping with relief efforts, and its team contributed both time and resources to aid in the recovery.
Beyond disaster relief, Osgood Bank continues to sponsor local football events including Loramie Gate (Fort Loramie), Flyer Gate (Marion Local), and Spirit Night (Indian Lake), as well as financial literacy programs such as Banzai!, helping students gain important financial skills. The bank’s commitment to community support was further reflected in its donations to local organizations, hospitals, and schools, with over $50,000 and 400 volunteer hours directed toward charitable causes.
