Each year since the football program was established in Fort Loramie, Osgood Bank has hosted an annual tailgating event that we call Loramie Gate. This year's event was held on Friday, August 19.
From 5pm to 7pm in the field between the Fort Loramie Branch of Osgood Bank and the football stadium of Fort Loramie High school, the community came together to celebrate the first football game of the season. The 2022 event marks the 18th annual Loramie Gate celebration!
This year the team served roughly 770 hot dogs and gave away about 500 t-shirts to members of the community. We had a DJ, face painters, a temporary tattoo station, and more to get everyone hyped up for the big game.
Loramie Gate was started to bring our community together and to support our Fort Loramie football team. Thanks to an amazing team and the wonderful community partners who sponsor the event, Loramie Gate is a great success and a tradition that we look forward to each year.
