Our dedicated team is always on the lookout for ways that Osgood Bank can support the communities where we live and work.
We encourage our team to get involved with causes that support company-sponsored programs and pursue their individual interests. This includes financial education, economic development, housing, hunger, mentoring, board/committee memberships and so much more.
It takes more than dollars to make a difference. Our employees proudly volunteer to positively impact the lives of the people who live in our communities.
Over 15 years ago, Osgood Bank started a tradition at the Fort Loramie School with the Loramie Gate Football event. In time, similar events were created at Marion Local High School (Flyer Gate) and Lakeview High School (Spirit Night).
The event coordinator teams work with our amazing community business partners to bring the community together over a shared love of food, fun, and football.

Among others, the team also participated at the county fairs, Maria Stein Country Fest, and town fundraising picnics.
