The Commercial Loan Processor is responsible for preparing loan documents, completing the loan file, booking loans, and reviewing closed loan files. This person maintains loan account information by using computer software and assuring compliance with loan regulations. We are seeking someone who willingly provides service to loan customers on their requests while also providing administrative and operational support for the loan processing team.
Assist Loan Process Manager in ensuring that all regulations regarding loans are followed.
Prepare loan documents for commercial loans (which includes business, Ag, and specialty) and complete loan file after a loan is closed.
Book loans and maintain accounts on internal core system.
Review commercial loans for compliance and accuracy.
Quote and process loan payoffs and other requests from customers.
Process and maintain commercial construction loan draws utilizing a third-party software.
Support users of third-party software for commercial construction loan draws.
Customer Care Functions:
Answer phone calls to provide service for various request from customers.
Run amortization schedules for customers.
Quote and process loan payoffs.
Provide follow-up and accurate information to customer requests.
Familiar with banking regulations and responsibilities relating to each, including a working knowledge of business loans.
Represent the Bank in a manner that maintains and expands positive relations with all customers, potential customers, and co-workers through applying our service standards.
