Commercial Loan Processor

Department: Loan Processing
Location: Operations Center in Osgood, Ohio
Summary:

Responsible for preparing loan documents, completing the loan file, booking loans, and reviewing closed loan files. Maintains loan account information by using computer software and assuring compliance with loan regulators. Willingly provides service to loan customers on their requests. Providing administrative and operational support for the loan processing team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Processing Functions:

  • Assist Loan Process Manager in ensuring that all regulations regarding loans are followed.

  • Prepare loan documents for commercial loans (which includes business, AG, and specialty) and complete loan file after a loan is closed. 

  • Book loans and maintain accounts on internal core system.

  • Review commercial loans for compliance and accuracy.

  • Quoting and processing loan payoffs and other requests from customers.

  • Process and maintain commercial construction loan draws utilizing a third-party software.

  • Support users of third-party software for commercial construction loan draws.

Customer Care Functions:

  • Answering phone calls to provide service for various requests from customers.

  • Running amortization schedules for customers.

  • Quoting and processing loan payoffs.

  • Providing follow up and accurate information to customer requests.

Consumer Loan Officer

Our full time Consumer Loan Officer will be located at the Osgood or Fort Loramie branch and oversee servicing our customers’ needs for consumer and residential loan requests.  You will have the opportunity to provide various types of real estate mortgage and consumer loans to our customers.  Taking loan applications and obtaining various information to complete a successful loan will keep you in touch with people and serving their financial needs.  A flexible schedule will provide you the opportunity to call on various sources to generate future loan volume and new customers.  Your support team will include an inhouse credit underwriting team and loan processing team to assist you in completing all stages of a loan from start to finish in a short period of time while satisfying the customer.

Customer Support Representative

Department: Call Center
Location: Operations Center
Summary of position requirements:

The Customer Support Representative provides personalized service to customers through completing issue resolution including customer account inquiries, customer fund transfers, statements, and password resets. Utilizing the core processing system to complete customer requests, and a partnership with Deposit Processing team is key to providing solid customer service. The Customer Support Representative will complete department items including mailing of required documents and cleanup of banking programs. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Functions:

  • Complete the mailing of bank notices, checks, and welcome letters.

  • Complete Fraud Monitoring communication and escalate case filings.

  • Review Consumer Mobile Deposit Checks.

  • Process customer request forms.

  • Review savings bonds and time deposits.

  • Reorder checks for customers.

Support Functions:

  • Assist with data retention and regular clean up.

  • Be familiar with banking regulations and responsibilities relating to each, including a working knowledge of account maintenance.

Customer Care Functions:

  • Answer outside incoming calls and emails to assist with issue resolution, and resetting online banking passwords and debit card PINS as necessary.

  • Demonstrate positive phone etiquette to enhance the customer experience.

  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all information obtained. 

  • Respond to and complete requests submitted in online banking, as well as assisting customers with account inquiries.

  • Manage and process customer requests.

  • Assist business customers with online banking and debit card set up.

HR Generalist

Department: Human Resources

Location: Operations Center in Osgood, Ohio

Summary:

Provide oversight core Human Resources functions, focusing on payroll and benefit administration, including 401(k) while reporting to Chief People & Culture Officer. Lead functions related to HR compliance, regulatory, and FMLA processes. Contribute to employee engagement and satisfaction through accuracy and responsiveness to employee requests. Partner with HR team for cohesive support to leaders through providing resources to communicate payroll, benefit, and organizations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Payroll Functions:

  • Coordinate accurate processing and maintenance of biweekly payroll and any additional pay runs needed. Ensuring correct coding and taxation occurs. Including processing of W-2 and 1095 reporting.

  • Work with payroll provider on updating and maintaining HRIS/Payroll system.

  • Complete posting of payroll transactions and partner with Accounting to verify correct entries.

  • Support administrative processes of the incentive plan and appropriate communication to employees and managers.

  • Review unemployment claims and submit as needed.

Benefit Administration, 401(k), and FMLA Functions:

  • Investigate and answer any employee insurance benefit and 401(k) inquiries that occur.

  • Work with insurance brokers and benefit partners to assist with compiling and evaluating benefit coverage at the most reasonable cost to the bank. This includes overseeing the open enrollment process.

  • Oversight of all benefit administration and reconcile monthly benefit invoices.

  • Coordinate complete FMLA process with employees including communication with employees on leave details.

  • Update and complete all appropriate benefit and FMLA documentation.

HR Support Functions:

  • Support Chief People and Culture Officer on maintaining performance review process and all HR compliance and regulations.

  • Assist with maintaining employee personnel files and necessary documentation.

Customer Care Functions:

  • Provide cooperative support to our internal customers, our employees, through listening and responding to requests related to Payroll and Benefit functions.

Lending Support Specialist

Department: Lending
Location: Operations Center in Osgood, Ohio
Summary:

Executive support for President, Sr. Lending Officer and Lending teams through preliminary analysis of loan applications and various administrative functions including but not limited to organization of documents, maintenance of credit and lending software and other special projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Analyst Functions:

  • Analyze and interpret customer financial statements and customer cash flow.

  • Provide preliminary review of loan requests to qualify loan applications prior to submittal to credit team.

  • Collaborate with Lending Team on customer needs and loan structures applicable.

  • Enter loan requests and call notes; create loan submittals to go to the Credit team.

Support Functions:

  • Prepare materials used as aides to support consultative approach for customers.

  • Supporting scheduling and customer correspondence for Sr. Lending Officer

  • Complete follow up calls to collect financial items.

  • Prepare file memos as needed for interim requests, file updates, follow up to visits and phone calls, etc.

  • Assisting with Construction Draw and Site visits including FSA/Farmer Mac

  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports

  • Coordinating travel arrangements and create trip itineraries for Sr. Lending Officer

  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.

  • Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects.

Customer Care Functions:

  • Respond to client requests such as account history, statements, online banking, RDC, ACH.

  • Available to take phone calls from customers and greet them for in person meetings.

  • Schedule closings, collect missing items for closings, and keep customers updated throughout lending process.

  • Assist with vendor items (appraisals, title work, etc.) and the Line of credit renewals and closing paperwork

  • Assist with extensions and modifications.

Full Time Customer Service Representative - Osgood

Department: Retail Banking
Location: Osgood Branch
Summary of position requirements:
  • Responsible for providing prompt, efficient, and friendly personalized service handling a variety of transactions as requested by the customer

  • Ability to recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank services

  • Responsibility to follow all bank policies and procedures when processing transactions

  • Work shifts as scheduled. Position will be 36-40 hours a week, including every other Saturday from 8:15am – 12:15pm.
