Generate equipment financing (EF) applications by calling on existing customers/vendors, email, text messaging, networking at tradeshows, and visits to dealerships.
Analyze credit requests to determine optimal EF options based on each unique scenario and requirements of funding sources.
Masterfully maneuver deals from application to closing in partnership with internal resources and funding partners.
Determine pricing/terms using rate sheets and spread calculation tools (i.e., TValue).
Communicate credit decisions, rates, and terms to borrowers, including declines when necessary.
Collect documentation required for underwriting and closing including financial statements, vendor invoices, and other applicable items, ensuring all information is received and submitted accurately.
Manage relationships with assigned customers, vendors, and dealers in Osgood Funding's CRM database, ensuring consistency in contact, service, and communication.
Create specialized vendor/dealer programs to maximize referral networks and indirect application volume.
Answer calls and follow up on customer requests promptly to maintain availability and service speed upon intake of new inbound financing requests.
Provide training and support to other Equipment Finance Specialists as needed.

Responsible for reviewing and approving credit requests that ensure proposed loans adhere to existing policy guidelines.
Approves or denies loans within an assigned credit authority for the bank's various lending groups, including specialty lending, commercial lending, mortgage lending, and consumer lending.
Establishes, implements, and manages administrative and review systems and procedures to protect the quality and profitability of the loan portfolio.
Provides training, development, and coordination of credit analysts and underwriting staff.
Advises credit and lending staff on the company's overall lending policy and underwriting standards.
Assists in creating and administering all policies and procedures.
Helps facilitate the external loan review process and serves as a key point of contact and resource for the loan audit and loan compliance functions.
Serves as the systems expert and administrator of the bank's various lending origination systems for commercial, mortgage, and consumer lending.
Manages relationships with vendors including, but not limited to, key lending software partners and the bank's credit report provider.
