Ohio Homebuyer Plus Savings Drawing Official Rules and Disclosures

Contest Dates
The campaign will run from March 3, 2025 through March 31, 2025. Entries must be received during this period to be eligible.

Eligibility
This drawing ("Drawing") is open only to legal residents of the United States, with an active Ohio Homebuyer Plus Savings Account, who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Osgood Bank, Osgood Bancorp, Osgood Funding, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

Prize
The prize for this Drawing is a $500 gift card to Winner's Meats. The verified retail value of the prize is $500. The prize will be awarded as-is, with no substitutions, exchanges, or modifications. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

How to Enter
To enter, participants must enroll in automated savings deposits into an active Ohio Homebuyer Savings Plus Account at Osgood Bank with a minimum deposit of $10 per month. Each participant may only submit one entry into the Drawing.
No purchase is necessary to enter.

Verification
All entries are subject to verification by Osgood Bank. The bank will verify the eligibility of entrants by confirming their identity, validating their ACH enrollment, ensuring the existence of an active Ohio Homebuyer Savings Plus Account, and confirming that the ACH deposits are at least $10 per month.
Participants may be disqualified if they fail to meet eligibility requirements or provide false information.

Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 48 hours after the end of the Drawing. The winner will have 14 days to respond and pick up their prize or arrange for the gift card to be mailed to them. If the winner does not respond within the 14-day period, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

Tax Implications
The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes on the prize. Osgood Bank will not issue a Form 1099 for this giveaway, nor will the bank provide specific guidance regarding the winner’s tax obligations.

General Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Drawing, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Osgood Bank, which are final and binding in all respects. The Drawing is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Osgood Bank reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Drawing if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the reasonable control of Osgood Bank impairs the integrity of the Drawing.
