New app coming May 5th. The upgraded Osgood Bank Mobile App brings a better, more convenient banking experience right to your fingertips. Whether you’re checking balances, depositing checks, paying bills, or managing your cards, you’ll find more features and security to support your financial life.
Important Update: Reenroll Your Card Controls. If you currently use card controls or card notifications, you will need to reenroll to continue managing your cards. Our new card management service will launch on May 5th. After this date, previous card controls and alerts will no longer function.
The CONTINUE is now located in the top right corner after entering your username and password.
New to online banking? You can now enroll right through the app!
Trouble signing in? Recover your username and reset your password.
Remember me and biometric login are available after initial login.
Your overview page will default to the most recent five transactions and a summary of your account details.
Want more information? Click View All to see more.
You can also see your running balance after each transaction and images of checks that have cleared the account.
Login & Security. Manage login username, password, and contact information.
Notifications & Alerts. View alerts and secure messages.
Money Movement. Access transfers, loan payments, bill pay, check deposit, and Zelle®.
You can now add new payees to bill pay through the mobile app.
Account Maintenance. Show/hide accounts from your view, change account nicknames, and stop payment requests.
Add your bank card(s) and enjoy peace of mind as you set up your custom card preferences.
Merchant Controls. Select merchant categories that will be blocked or allowed when transactions are initiated.
Location Controls. Set up a geographic perimeter where your card can be used.
Transaction Controls. Get granular on what kinds of transactions you allow and their limits.
You can even add your children's card to your mobile app and manage their spending!
For customers that have automatic updates enabled for apps on their devices, the app will automatically update on May 5th.
We do have a “force update” in place two days following the initial go live, May 7th. At that time, when accessing the 5.0 app, any customers that don’t have automatic app updates enabled will receive an error message informing them to download the new version before they can proceed.
The new app has a new card control service.
The previous card controls and notifications will stop working as of May 5th.
In order to reenroll into card controls, please login to the app, go to More, then click Cards under the Account Management window.
From there you’ll need to add your cards and set up your control preferences.
The account overview page only shows 5 accounts. If you have more than 5 click the View All link to view all of the accounts.
