The Welcome Home Program provides financial assistance to income-eligible homebuyers in Ohio. With up to $20,000 in grants for down payment and closing costs, this program is designed to make homeownership more accessible. Homebuyers must apply and qualify for a mortgage
Homebuyers must contribute at least $500 of their own funds
First-time homebuyers must complete a homebuyer counseling program - it's free and can be done in our office or at home
1-4 unit properties used as a primary residence are eligible
Borrower must maintain ownership and reside in the property as their primary residence for a minimum of 5 years
