Hi Alexa! Tell us about your relationship with Osgood Bank.
I heard about Osgood Bank when I was finishing up my last semester at Wright State Lake Campus. My advisor recommended Osgood Bank as a great job to get my career started after college. She spoke highly about the friendly people and the opportunities for advancement at the bank. Automatically, I was interested and luckily they were hiring at the time. Looking back, I'm glad that she recommended Osgood Bank - I love working here.
As a member of the call center team, I assist customers with a variety of banking needs. Whether I'm helping people with checking their balance, online banking, bill pay, debit card issues, or disbursing calls to the appropriate department, I enjoy talking to the customers throughout the day and trying to serve them to the best of my ability.
Tell us about yourself.
I have two brothers and a sister-in-law; I am the middle child. My older brother has two children and I love spending time with them, watching them learn and grow. Spending time with family is super important to me, whether that is us just hanging out or playing games.
I love summertime. I enjoy grilling, sitting by the campfire, yard games, kayaking, boating, golfing. Anything outside once it's summer. I also enjoy going to local picnics and listening to the live music. Sometimes my friends and I go to Norris Lake, TN, and spend a weekend boating. I really enjoy spending time on the water, soaking up the sun. I'm normally up for any travel adventure, especially hiking the trails at Hocking Hills.
What would you do with an unexpected day off work?
If I got an unexpected day off work, I would most likely try to go shopping with my mom during the day. Later, if the weather was nice, I would probably go golfing with my dad or my fiancé.
What is your favorite purchase you made in the last year?
My favorite purchase that I have made this past year is my wedding dress. I'm getting married this summer, and I'm super excited!
Where is one place you'd love to travel to?
I would love to go on a cruise. I wouldn't even care where it would be going, I would just love to be going on one.
