Mobile-UpgradesAt Osgood, we’ve continued to invest in our digital services. So whether you’re in Osgood or Orlando – you can stay connected to your bank. We still love seeing you in-person, but realize it can be more convenient to bank virtually.  Here’s a quick summary of several online and payment enhancements we’ve released recently.  

 

Computer and Phone-01Refreshed Online Banking

As people are more connected than ever to their phones, progressively more banking transactions are being completed via our mobile app.  However, many interactions are still completed using a laptop or PC, particularly for accessing statements and performing account research. For customers accessing online banking through a traditional browser, our online banking got a facelift recently.  The new layout makes it easier to see accounts at-a-glance, search and navigate.

Mobile Deposit

Skip the trip to the bank and deposit checks as soon as you receive them using our mobile app, leaving one less thing on your to-do list. Use the camera on your phone or tablet to make a deposit, no matter the time of day. Accepted deposits made before 3:00 PM will be applied to the current business day’s balance.


Tip:
Making your first deposit? Sign-on through the Osgood Bank app and click the “+” sign and Deposit. Follow the simple steps to start using the service.

Zelle is a fast, safe and easy way to send money to friends, family and others you trust, right from the Osgood Bank mobile app. Send money directly from your account to theirs — typically in minutes1. You can send money to almost anyone you know and trust2 using just an email address or U.S. mobile phone number.


Tip:
Using Zelle for the first time? Sign-on through the Osgood Bank app and click the “+” sign then Zelle. Follow the simple steps to start using the service.

Your financial security is one of our top priorities. Managed through your Osgood Bank mobile app, card controls are easy to use and can help you monitor spending, reduce fraud, and maintain a budget.  Use Card Controls to turn your card on and off, which is particularly helpful if you’re looking for a lost card. You can also set limits on locations, transaction/merchant types and amounts.

Tip: Accessing Card Controls? Sign-on through the Osgood Bank app and click More then Card Controls. Follow the simple steps to start using the service.

 

Phone NFC-01Digital Wallets
Lighten your load when you combine your wallet with your phone. Digital wallets replace your actual card number with a unique digital card number. Businesses cannot see or store your card number. Use your mobile wallet with your Apple, Android or Samsung phone to make secure purchases in stores, when shopping online, and in apps. To use, you’ll confirm your identity (with a PIN, pattern, fingerprint, or face ID) on your device and tap to pay wherever you see the contactless symbol.

Tip: Wallet set-ups with vary by phone, but are painless to get started. First, access (or download if needed) the Wallet app for your device. Next, just follow the in-app instructions to enroll your Osgood Bank debit card. You'll be on your way to more convenient and secure transactions in no time.
