At Osgood Bank, we believe that a dedicated team makes a difference when it comes to customer experiences. Allow us to introduce you to the amazing people who are committed to helping you do well and be good.
Let's meet Holly, the Osgood Bank Loan Operations Officer.
Tell us about your role with Osgood Bank and what a typical day looks like for you.
I manage the Loan Processing Team with the help of our Residential Loan Manager, Jackie Bornhorst. In my role, I oversee the consumer, residential, commercial, and specialty financing. On a daily basis, we prepare, fund, and maintenance loans for our customers. We get to see a loan from start to finish and it is rewarding when our customers are satisfied and happy with their experience. Our team works hard to ensure our customers have the best experience possible and I am thankful to work with some of the best.
What's the first thing you do when you start working every day?
The new operations center has a wonderful fitness center. I start my day off by heading in early so I can get in a 30-minute workout. This helps me prepare for the day mentally and physically.
Which of Osgood Bank's values most resonates with you and why?
Empathy. Osgood Bank is truly empathic to their community and staff. They make it their mission to give back and encourage their employees to do the same. Osgood Bank offers various avenues to show empathy to those in need.
As employees, we have the ability to nominate individuals, families, and organizations through our charitable committee. Knowing that we have an input on who we can help makes it more personal and real. We are also encouraged to have a work-life balance and when we have our own struggles, the bank and our team are right there to help us through it.
Tell us more about you.
I am married to my high school sweetheart, Rod, of 25 years and have two amazing boys, Cody and Dustin. We also have two Havapoo dogs, Chewy and Tucker. Rod and I grew up in Minster and love the community feeling and we wanted to raise our children to have the same values. After we both lost our fathers, we decided that life was too short - so we built a home on Lake Loramie. We love the lake life, being on the water, and enjoying nature. Rod and I agree that our biggest achievement is our boys and having them so close to home makes us extremely thankful!
Just for fun...
